I saw these questions online yesterday:

Why was this shooter certified okay and released from the institution where he was previously held?

Which Individuals/organizations were responsible for keeping tabs on him?

Which laws were broken by such organizations and what are the penalties?


This is not a case of an unknown shooter. He was already known to be unstable and thus, potentially dangerous.

Someone has to be held responsible. This cannot keep happening unchecked.
