...but the wealthy nigerians and our leaders , politcians do not like to buy indigenous car made in nigeria...they like foreign cars .. because they do not value what they have in nigeria...they value foreign things too much..... foreign cars abroad, foreign universities abroad, go for medical treatment abroad.. foreign hospitals abroad, vacation abroad in foreign countries, foreign rice and foodstuffs, loot money and build and buy houses at abroad, they import fuel, disel into the country abandoning our refineries and making it moribund.. refineries not working., ajaokuta steel company not working for the past 40 years that the company was established.. nigeria imports iron and steel...so all this is what destroys the nigeria economy and makes the dollars to keep on rising and deprecates and weakens the naira .and causes high rate of unemployment....our rich men, politcians have to value what they have in nigeria their country for this country to be better

This is nice...let nigerians, our leaders, politcians try and patronize the local industries in nigeria and buy our locally made goods .it will reduce importation and strengthen the naira against the dollars and the naira will have value...it's not everytime we should be importing importing importing... importation kills the economy. because you will be importing goods with dollars that the country does not even have... because the country is not producing and exporting to generate dollars foreign currencies into the country...too much of importation destroys the economy and deprecates the naira...that is why a dollar now is 1200 naira to a dollar now...how long will nigeria continue like this

Nord has been manufacturing since 2018, although testing had begun since 2016.

The word ‘Nord’ is French, Romanian and Italian for ‘North’, which symbolizes moving forward-upwards.

‘Nord’ is not related to the American car brand ‘Ford’, in case you’re wondering.

Nord’s headquarters is located in Ikate, Lekki and operates an assembly plant in Sangotedo, Lagos.

I have always said these companies are out to defraud nigerians, they go to china create a contract with these companies and put their logos on the car and come home to say they “built” these. Before you come for me ask yourself; why don’t these companies do car shows and display concept cars? It’s because they aren’t building sh** , all they do is rebadging!
