Yeah, the rope looks too thin, one leg hanging, the other leg sturdy on the floor. How could hanging be possible? Like you said, some people needs to be questioned, maybe his parents left properties and stuffs that should be passed to him.

this is clearly not suicide but murder .
* the rope is too tiny to commit suicide ( the boy weight will cut the rope if try )
* the boy leg been on the floor shows it is murder case ( the body should be dangling if suicide ) .

It look like someone kill him and hand him there. Distance between floor and rope cant kill that guy.

Some evil creatures and devil's incarcerates killed him. They strangled him to death put a rope over him, put his legs inside the protector and his hands also so that he won't sustain any injury which might implicate they, the murderers.

that guy is absolutely correct, even a lay man without understanding of crime scene event will know that the case is an Homicide case made to look like a suicide, a thorough investigation should be conducted to unravel the circumstance.

From this picture, it looks like the poor boy was hanged.....likely killers are extended family members due to whatever his parents left behind, the person who first raised an alarm is also a likely suspect
