In the interview, she asserted, "No woman who isn't a virgin can deny never having had an abortion." This statement generated a considerable online reaction, including substantial criticism.

However, in a rather confusing manner, she has, in a series of posts, reaffirmed her statement regarding women who are not virgins and their experiences with abortion.
