I'm a forienger, I'm going to build a salary system for my Corp in Nigeria (Lagos).

I need deeply a Salary survey in Nigeria (from Mercer, Navigos, ect,,,). But I haven't had.

It is difficult for me to do if i have no Sources for reference.

salary scale depend on your product you intend to start in nigeria, medical worker salary diffrent to consulting company and company of oil and gas salary scale diff from others , i think you need to get consultant here in this country for example my company give its out to outsourcing company
