In our previous post, we outlined 7 strategies for real estate investors to generate income. Here is a continuation of our recommendations.

10. Tax Benefits: Utilize tax benefits, such as depreciation, interest deductions, and 1031 exchanges, to maximize your returns and reduce tax liabilities.
