I once made a thread that the Lagos economy bubble is about to burst . The burst will be so much that manufacturing will cease and the companies will resort to importation.

I really pity blue collar people who are not planning to relocate.

Lagos is gone , know this and know peace.

You made a serious assertion that Lagos is gone and that there is a bubble in Lagos but you didn't prove it.

When you come on a space like this, you need to prove your points and not just drop statements without basis.

Of course I have seen them.

But we weren't informed that they've had profit in six consecutive years!

The truth is that most of the losses are paper losses. Many of those companies or conglomerates have been investing in forex through several currency trading activities, they enjoyed the margin when it was profitable so they should also manage the loss.

I strongly agree with you that the bulk of their losses are paper losses.

Another strong opinion is that most companies in Nigeria connive with their auditors deliberately to report losses on their financial reports for most years to reduce tax liabilities and pay the minimum tax payable. I mean that most companies doctor their financial year reports to reflect loss position.

Do you know the cost of running six 1800KVA generators simultaneously per 24 hours?

Didn't that extra cost of diesel reflect in their sales prices? Do you still buy any product at the price you bought it last year.

The first time we gave Yoruba people power, they attempted to steal the country with their third term agenda.

The second time we gave them chance to rule this country, they crumbled the economy.

It's just a pity that the best SW have to offer (BAT) is worse than the worst ever from the North (Buhari).

The North produces better leaders than SW.

FACT

You are still stuck in the election euphoria: still blaming a whole tribe for your failure and misfortune. Learn to take responsibility, it is the first step towards improvement in life.

The Yoruba tribe is not the cause of your failure in life.

Yeah

We will continue blaming Yoruva moslems for hoisting the fraud on innocent Nigerians. How a supposed sophisticated tribe ditched an Osinbanjo for a Tinubu needs to be studied in goods.

Our Politicians need to learn that the more corrupt they become the more the naira will fall, which means the more they will become poorer in international market, the world is a global village now..
If we all don't put all hands on deck we are in for a terrible drive.. Cancel the CBN I&E window let the Naira float naturally, that will create stability in it's value.. Currency stability is what any good economy need.
