I am happy to report that I received a PER from CIO Sydney last week.I did indicate this development in a previous post minutes back.Please have others received theirs? Good luck to all till we have that PR stamped 'jejeli' in our passports

enfield: pls what are the conditions for the application?

Initially,you will need to visit the official web site -cic.gc.ca and see if your occupation is listed on the current NOC list.If it is,then look at the forms provided and fulfill the stated requirements.There are also many sites that you can assess yourself online eg @canadavisa.com.Please note that their evaluation serves only as a guide.
