The main goal of this day is to allow everyone reflect on and follow one of the most and unique human principles.

This day also promotes small act of kindness which bring people together.

There are various ways you can show kindness to people.

Most times the little things that we feel does not matter, matters alot.

💖Help someone complete a task.

💖 Be polite especially when speaking to people.

💖Help someone carry a bag.

💖Lend to those in need.

💖Offer support and encouragement.

💖 Compliment people and make them feel good about themselves.

💖Offer a drink to someone working on a sunny day.

💖 share your meals with friends and neighbors.

You really do not need to be rich to show kindness, that little smile, little gesture can warm up someone's day.
Do not only be interested in receiving kindness, show kindness too.
