I tried using my chatgpt when a pop-up blocker message stopped me from proceeding. I was requested to agree to the new terms and privacy condition which didn't affect European countries and Switzerland.
I read the privacy policy and came across this information that third party will be given payment login details and some other sensitive information.
Is this action legally right or are we being discriminated?
