Today I'm going to list some office professional life principles that will make you exceptionally great if you cultivate them in your life garden.

1. Never speak your heart out at work. Learn how to be diplomatic. That's what everyone else is doing around you.

2. Stay away from people who back-bit. If they can bad mouth someone in front of you, then how can you be sure they won't do the same to you?!

3. Office politics is for skill less people at work. Never involve yourself in it.

4. Never bargain your salary by showing other job offer letters to your current employer. Even if they increase your salary, you'll be on their radar forever.

5. Efficiency is not equivalent to time. Stop staying late at work to prove yourself better.

6. Communicate everything over emails. If shit breaks down, then emails will save your ass.

7.No matter how close you are with your colleagues, never discuss personal matters at work.

8. You shouldn't ask anyone's salary, increment or anything personal. We Nigerians really need to understand that.

9. Office romance is out of equation. It will make you miserable at work. Keep a thick line between work and personal life.

10. Work equally hard on your soft skills as they matter more than you think.
