https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejBKMayFVkY

During the interview on Hitz FM, the music executive claimed that some Ghanaian singers are better than their Nigerian counterparts, but are less visible because Nigerians are loud.

He also stated that Ghanaian singer, Stonebwoy did everything possible to get a spot in the Grammy nomination list but couldn’t because Nigerians are more visible and have bought out the American market which he claims is controlled by money.

cheesy

Even with this tunibulation, economy hardship, insecurities and underdevelopment we are facing some other countries are there envying us for the little we managed to achieve.
If Nigeria had had good leadership, these people would have more reason to hug transformers and kiss the world good bye

One thing other African countries should understand about Nigerians is that we are gifted by God to excel in all spheres of life. The only thing hindering us as a country is bad leadership.

A major advantage we have is our clean accent which makes our music appealing and enjoyable...Also, an average Nigerian has charisma, confidence, finesse and intellectual ability to tweak different musical genre to get new vibes and sounds.

Imagine how Nigerians took the SA's amapiano sound and made it more appealing to the rest of the world.

Mind you, Nigeria has demographical advantage...we have millions of Nigerians spread around the world. They help to influence people from other parts of the world to stream and listen to our songs.

In summary...we have swag and we are likable.

Americans can relate with the Nigerian afro pop songs.

Ghanian songs are wack, trashy and noise pollution.
The biggest Ghanian artiste is comparable to an unknown upcoming Nigerian artiste.

Good music is different from eating Banku!

Ghanaians and jealousy are 5&6. Just like South Africa. Anyone noticed the two most jealous countries over Nigeria is Ghana and South Africa?
Ori yin buru!
If not for bad governance, are we mates?
They ll be jealous about sports, girls, entertainment and even economy.
