this is a lesson for nigerian football lovers and administrators, the surport of the board of arsenal to wenger is worth commending,i watch amokachi and his partner on dstv commenting on this match before kick off and amokachi was carried away with chelsea spending spree plus their home form,he also speak on man city and callously write off completely arsenal having any chance inanywaywhatsoever against this rich chelsea team, only for a sobered amokachi after the game to start eating his word one by one,he said; ''i would have said impossible for arsenal if i was woken from my sleep, but in football you win or loose'' ,and to butress his point he said arsenal can loose their next game too,my question is,whats his business with arsenal, and who said chelsea cannot lose too?amokachi has failed and he cant belly that prediction he made today, anyway today while cheking the nigerians record on the nation cup,our first game was lost by eguavoen before,3 point lost already before siasia was appointed for a rescue mission because eguavoen has started the nation cup with a loss, but now eguavoen is exonerated, and siasia is taking full responsibility, the nff has smuglled that notion of qualifying nigeria no matter how in the contract, but then,is it fair, after starting the nation cup with a loss, from eguavoen droping 3 points,we now say that siasia has failed the nation and thereby declaring that the qualifying is the simplest thing any coach could do? did any succesfull coach name them lost their first game in qualifying nigeria?.im sure,if wenger was a nigerian coach, nobody will ever give him any chance. |

i'm glad that arsenal fans have started talking now they have had 5 straight wins. but the sad thing is that a lot of the posters on this thread said a lot of unprintable things about arsene wenger and his coaching skills. some even called for his head on a wooden platter. how fickle minded we can be at times. anyway congratulations and enjoy the 3 points. the road ahead is still long. |
Re: Chelsea Vs Arsenal (3 - 5) On 29th October 2011 by CarlosVent(m): 7:56pm On Oct 29, 2011 |
Silencing your critics is best answered this way. half of this arsenal team were bought august 31st and this took them time to blend well. if arsenal blends together very much well with no further injury worries I think they will be a team to watch out for. Thanks Gunners for making my day. |
