This should be in the Health/Fitness section, and you should be asking what exercises to practice. That said, eat food that contain low calories but high nutrients. Eat, at least, 3 hours before going to bed. Use the search button, you should get more tips from other similar threads. |

Boost ur metabolic rate by drinking alot of water eat small meals every 2 hours exercise (cardio) get at least 8 hrs sleep |
