Which Nigeria bank card can I use for USD transactions online?

I need to pay for some goods in dollars and I would let to know if our cards are working again for USD transactions and at what rate please . Thank for you help.

Use Wema bank card or GTB card or Ecobank card.

They all have least monthly limit of $100 and above .
