Maduka University founder, Dr. Sam Maduka Onyishi, receives an honorary award from Ooni of Ife.

The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi-Ojaja II, recently presented a humanitarian services award to the founder and Chancellor of Maduka University, Dr. Samuel Maduka Onyishi.

The award was put together by the Yoruba community at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in honour of Dr. Onyishi for his remarkable contributions to the development of education in Nigeria.

The Ooni of Ife is the Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nnsuka.

The organisers noted that Dr. Onyishi was carefully selected for his consistent commitment to providing scholarships to hundreds of students over the years.

They highlighted that his new institution, Maduka University, stands out as one of the most affordable private schools in Nigeria.







Presenting the award, the royal father spoke eloquently about the honoree's transformative impact on the education sector and his commitment to excellence.

The Ooni of Ife described Dr. Onyishi as a trailblazer within the education sector, commending not just his professional achievements but also his consistent commitment to humanitarian causes through transformative initiatives.

The Ooni acknowledged Dr. Onyishi's unwavering commitment to providing quality education to young Nigerians.

The Ooni articulated Dr. Onyishi's belief that education serves as the key to unlocking the potential of the nation's youth, envisioning a future where these empowered individuals ascend to become the leaders of tomorrow.

MADUKA FELL SHORT OF MY EXPECTATIONS. They inherited the behavior of typical Nigerian universities.

WHY DOES MADUKA UNIVERSITY FIND IT CHALLENGING TO REPLY E- MAIL? Must all queries be tendered one - on - one?.

This school is in the south east and they should understand that not everyone live in the region.
