Performance Tester Needed, Not Software Tester

We're seeking a performance tester to handle testing activities across various applications, including APIs, Mobile, Web, Database, and Core Banking. While the ideal candidate aligns with our preferences, we welcome those with sufficient experience and talent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop modular automated performance test scripts for APIs, Mobile, Web, Database, and Core Banking.
2. Use load, stress, and analysis tools to model performance scenarios and identify bottlenecks.
3. Analyze performance results, produce reports, and suggest improvements.
4. Research new performance testing methods and recommend system improvements.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
6. Work under the Engineering team to deliver non-functional test solutions.
7. Take ownership of the non-functional test solution from initiation to acceptance.
8. Coordinate a small team when necessary.
9. Provide project planning, estimation, and issue management.
Qualifications:
• Capability to drive Test Strategies in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of Banking applications.
• Knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results.
• Experience in Finacle core banking.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Performance Testing with expertise in Apache JMeter, Postman, and other tools.

3. Develop Performance Test Scripts and Scenarios.
4. Configure and Manage the Performance Test Environment.
5. Assess Service Level Agreements and Objectives.
6. Identify Testing Parameters.
7. Prepare and Load Test Data.
8. Execute Performance Tests.
9. Apply Consistent Monitoring Metrics.
10. Analyze Performance Test Results.
11. Generate and present Performance Test Reports.
12. Identify Non-Functional Requirements for Performance Testing.
13. Locate Performance Obstructions and Root Causes.
14. Collaborate and Communicate with Other Team Members.
15. Review and Update Performance Testing Artifacts for Accuracy.
16. Experience with Core Banking Application: Minimum 3 years in performance testing across Mobile App, APIs, web, and Database.
