HEAD OF HR

REQUIREMENT
A good University degree in any Social Sciences or equivalent.
Age 30-40Years
A minimum of 5-10 years experience in HR
A registered member of CIPM, CIPD or SHRM
HR certification from any of the bodies listed above is desirable.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and implementing plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, safety, performance, staffing, training, and development.
Supervising HR personnel and providing expert guidance.
Designing budgets and managing internal HR systems.
Ensuring compliance with ISO policies and procedures and performing audits.

Educational Requirement
Minimum Education:
Degree/Diploma; minimum of BSc. 2.2 or HND in any discipline.

Relevant Certification(s) is an added advantage.


LOCATION: LAGOS MAINLAND
SALARY: 400K
