The akwa millennium city is being constructed under a public private partnership (ppp).
There’s a memorandum of understanding between M-P infrastructure and Anambra government which was signed on the 18th of june 2019.. the akwa millennium city is sitting on a total of 100 hectares of land.
The project has a investment of value of 46.5 million US dollars. The groundbreaking ceremony was carried by ex governor of Anambra state willie Obiano in December 2019.
The project is expected to create 400 direct and indirect jobs.
