Position Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Provide information about the company to visitors and callers

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus

Proficiency in using computers is a bonus
