which fluid you are using? Did you buy used pump?

Buy a new pump and use power steering fluid. Not engine oil.

1. Check air pressure of your car tires

I’m using power steering fluid and I also bought used pump. The pump is ok as the pressure was tested and doesn’t make that noise when steered to the end.

Changed tyrod but ball joint was ok except bad front tyres.

Could it be the rack?

it is the pump if tour stering fluid level is ok. Never buy used pump. Talking from experience.

New pump will givd you peace of mind for at least 2 years. Go and return the pump.

Yes you can replace, but would need alignment after replacing so it doesn't repeat same issue

I have change upto 3 pump .. they will work like 3 months and failed.
