Position Overview:
As the Social Media Specialist with Graphics Skills at Horizon Hotel and Suites, you will be a key contributor to shaping our digital presence. This role demands a combination of social media expertise, creativity, and graphic design skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create visually stunning content that reflects the essence of our brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
Develop and design engaging visual content for Horizon Hotel and Suites across various social media platforms, including Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create eye-catching graphics, images, videos, and written posts that align with brand guidelines.

2. Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that integrates visually appealing content.
Stay abreast of industry trends, graphic design advancements, and competitor activities to enhance our online presence.

3. Community Engagement:
Foster and grow an engaged online community through the creation of compelling and shareable visual content.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews with a creative and thoughtful approach.

4. Graphics Design:
Utilize graphic design tools to produce high-quality visuals for both digital and print materials.
Ensure that all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetic.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of visual content and campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights, utilizing data to optimize social media and design strategies.

6. Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Work closely with other departments to create visually compelling content that showcases the hotel's offerings.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist with a focus on graphics design.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to create visually appealing and compelling content.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.

Education:
Application is expected from holders of OND, HND AND BSc in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
