Displaying edibles on a roadside is not even hygienic in any way. Nigerians need to stop patronizing anyone displaying food items in this manner.

Toooor

If I say Nigerians are the problem of Nigerian.
These people selling items on the road, are causing massive gridlock on our roads, aside that we waste quality productive time with these sellers who have zero regards to pedestrians.

Kai officials are also one the problem. They levy these sellers on weekly payment otherwise they would have desist from shading their market on pedestrian.

Hygienically, it's so wrong to expose edibles by road sides. You will see food like garri, salts sugar etc being exposed to dust and we av food regulating agencies in Nigeria.

Kai human are wicked.

Lagos state need to go tough on all these fellow. You will see these people abandoned the main market building to shade on the main road.

The government is indirectly telling some of the people who are hawking those things to go into crimes.
High crime rate is in offing

Seems Governor Sanwo Olu has gotten the memo.. Lagos needs serious sanitation in order to improve the quality of life of true Lagosians.
Na frustration go send most of them back to their enclaves.

Go home and develop your States.. stop flocking into Lagos like birds running away in droves.

You'll never see this kind of streets in Lagos. Everywhere is always jam-packed and an eyesore. It is very much different here in Abuja.

Hehehe

There must be orderliness.

The LASG should also watch out.

Some drug criminals have started disguising to be roadside hawkers.

When they put gala and lacasera on the head, there is cocaine down below below

These are poor market women who are just trying to earn a living for their families. These people apparently cannot afford to pay for shops and yet they and their families must survive somehow

At best, they should have been politely asked to remove their goods, seizing their goods is the height of wickedness for me

This is a government that has not done anything tangible to cushion the impact of sudden hike in fuel prices. Government policies have to be implemented with a human face

Sorry,I think they are telling those with low IQ to go into crime.
A sensible person should know that he/she shouldn't display wares on the highway

The most painful part is that the traders will leave 1 Lane for 2 cars, car will be begging them to draw their market back so they can pass, traffic go dey catch person wey dey trek, too bad.

If we want change let's start changing ourselves first

All those Aboki no dey gree no matter how many times you pursue dem comot from that side.

Dem dey always believe say dem dey above the law, especially for this Lagos state.
Lagos state government don ban okada because of dem, still dem no gree, dem still dey break the laws like it never existed in the first place.

Aboki is gradually becoming a new menace in this Lagos state but what do I know..? They help dem win elections, so they have to be accommodated in one way or the other.

My humble opinion, this should be replicated in all states. At least Anambra particularly Awka is trying.

..........and we are sure these petty traders pay some sort of levies/money to some people on a weekly basis.
Where are those people that collect money from them ?
They also need to be fished out NOW!

It won't stop. Most of them can't afford the shops in the market

2. Nigerians will continue to patronise them, cos its cheaper buying from them
