Any sane leader with a sound understanding of education would prioritize experience and skills over paper qualifications. The governor is obviously not in that category.

It is easier to identify politicians with empty brains and less acumen. It is emphasis on degree certificates that is making our politicians to forge degree certs. Instead of emphasizing on training and re-training of teachers with adequate pay and motivations, so that they can put in their best, he is talking of degree certs.

This would be a welcome development if they would be paid higher than all members of the state assembly and even the governor because the politicians earn jumbo pay just to possess an ordinary olevel certificate to contest for any elective office.
