Is it a new or fairly used? and What is wrong with it ? can you accept N5k.

A friend of mine sent it 2 me from abroad but the paper tray and the power cord was not included, you have to buy it either Oshodi or Lagos and the printer is tested okay. I will give u 4 that 5k because I need money.
