Good means that which is morally right; righteousness. Galatians 6 verse 9 says" Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 5:22–23 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law". Romans 12:21 "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good". When Joseph became the prime minister in Egypt he could have punished his brothers but he forgave them.
