Go into drinks (alcoholic and soft drinks). You are likely to make more profit from that. With time, add one small pepper soup joint (takeout) in front of it. Then you can ask a mai suya or barbecue fish seller to stay by the front side.

It all depend on the cash with you however this items have expiration of 6month to 1 year
I will advise you to start with little and view the items that move faster rather than to full the store and some might reach expiration date
