Foreign based players are a waste of African resources.
They are useless in the worldcup.
Back in the days when aFRICAn teams used to take home based players to the world cup, we use to see result

Good, now u are talking. Pure waste, they never ever do well. So, what is their use? We just waste tax payers money on them for nothing.
Nigeria has always had great foreign based players but we don win AFCON only 3 times with the 3rd one coming when we blendd home based super eagles with abroad base. Egypt ruled Africa with home based players.
