I am overseas and property is in 9ja so picture is not an option. If you are seriously looking then make the necessary enquiries. Then again there is picture in the castle newspaper so please satisfy yourselves from that avenue.

Talk to the agent and u might get lucky. You need to be interviewed and cleared by them.

There is a service charge of 4K per flat per month to pay for the security. This is optional in that the majority of Tenants decide if this is needed and Landlord has a deciding vote in a tie.

I guess you are out of the country now. I brought about 2 people who wanted to take 2 units of the bungalows but we could not gain access. I tried calling you but your phone was switched off and there was no way we could go in and this made my clients rather upset as they came all the way from mainland. Sam

You are correct I am now out of 9ja hence the reason why the 9ja number will not work. As we discussed, I do have a managing agent and all enquiries needs to go through them via the number above. There is a security staff stationed there 24/7 so i am surprised that you did not meet anyone.

Its always better to ascertain that access will be possible before you go. Its unfortunate that you had a wasted journey on this occassion.

2 is now gone so one left at 350k for now.

The other 2 are at 400k and will be ready in 3 months.
