The new Infinix Smart 8 has a design that is strikingly similar to the Apple iPhone 15 Pro, but it also has the hardware of an entry-level smartphone.

Surrounding the 8 MP punch-hole front camera is a feature known as the "Magic Ring," which functions similarly to Apple's Dynamic Island in that it may show data like active calls or charging progress.

Like the iPhone 15 Pro, the Infinix Smart 8 has a bigger camera module, but the display, frame, and back are all flat.

The camera module's placement and arrangement similarly match that of the Cupertino model.

Since Infinix only includes a 50 MP primary camera, a 2 MP sensor, and an LED flash, the sheer size is merely ornamental.

Within is a MediaTek Helio G36, a 2023 entry-level 12nm processor with eight ARM Cortex-A53 efficiency cores capable of up to 2.2 GHz in clock frequency.

Along with 64 GB of expandable flash storage via a microSD memory card, it also features 4GB of RAM.

With a maximum brightness of 500nits, the 6.6-inch LCD has a frame rate of 90 Hz, which is relatively low.

The inexpensive Infinix Smart 8 is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a USB-C port, and a 5000mAh battery.

Since the manufacturer has not disclosed any information regarding potential rapid charging, the item most likely only uses 10 watts to charge.
