We are seeking a meticulous and organised Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy, we want you on board!

**Key Requirement:**
- You must have your own functional laptop
- Conducive home working environment

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Accurately input and update data in our computer systems, ensuring the precision of all records.
- Manage and organise files to maintain up-to-date information across all systems.
- Review data discrepancies and rectify issues in a timely fashion.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support and collaborate with other team members to achieve company data management goals.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and data programs.
- Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
