What even can lead to someone possible killing him?
How did they rescue him? Was it through tying rope to his neck to pull him out of the river? Was his throat/neck hit by the fan of the speed boat?

He was definitely murdered. Lacerations around the neck shows either a rope or something. He was probably hanged or tortured with chains or ropes. Mouth position shows he might have been struggling to breathe from being choked not drowning and generally, the body and bloodied neck area looks suspicious.

Ok so did the family receive the body Once they received the body they should have ordered an investigation. Also why was he gone for training that long, through the entire holidays
