I am sure there are still some genuine cleared rides from Cotonue . . . I think all depends on the agent you deal with. I do agree that many are being smuggled into Nigeria and evading the customs |

acl200: Again, all depends on the agent involved. Depends on who the buyer is dealing with . . . I am sure there are some honest people that will get it with genuine papers. Some of the agents are just greedy and have their ways of evading paying the duty, thus the paperless deals . . . . |

acl200: Your statement is misleading. Do you mean there are no Cotonou-sourced cars that are brought into Nigeria legally? I feel you're trying to "boost" your client base, at the detriment of all Cotonou dealers. It's also worth noting not all vehicles from the United States or Canada are straight. Right now, your not making much sense. |

Good cars are in Coutonu but it has no original Paper to back it up then why did you go for it and creating a problems for your self, with different stories at Customs office at Ikeja after customs have collect there cars from them. acl200: You keep repeating same thing, but refuse to agree that not all the rides are without papers, so if they are without papers, how do they get to Cotonue, remember they dont manufacture cars there, they are just a dumping ground like Nigeria. How do the rides gets to Cotonue? You need to rephrase your statement, that some of the rides that do come to Nigeria from Cotonue dont have original papers, and you cant blame Cotonue for that, you blame the agents and the corrupt law enforcing folks |

calm down guys. I think we are reading different meaning to his post. Perhaps he meant not all cars from cotonou have complete and legal papers. Let him clarify b4 we pass our judgement.
