We need one Bookkeeper/Property Manager to oversee many real estate properties in Lagos and assist the Property Manager.

Duties include: keeping records of tenants, showing properties for rent, visiting all properties from time to time, prompting tenants to pay rent, directing the professionals in the maintenance of the buildings, solving problems and other assignments and other duties assigned by the Property Manager as may arise.

Bonuses will be given for new tenants without agents, good performances, especially timely collection of rents.

Starting Salary N80,000 per month, transport fares to properties and additional bonuses based on performance.
