Is it not the money Buhari vowed not to pay them for going on strike?

You went on strike for 7 months, yet wanted to be paid salaries for these months.

Buhari through Ngige decided not to pay you a dime.

Why is Tinubu even paying them for what they didn't work for?

Majority of them used that opportunity to go lecture in private universities with the hopes that they will get free 7 Months salary for doing nothing.

Federal government should be sincere enough and pay off anything owed to ASUU and forget causing acrimonies everywhere-for that is not a sign of seriousness!
Today,we have more serious problems now since the govt came to power in June 2023;
1-- High Fuel Cost- which many Homes can't afford! Yet No Functiona Refineries til today, even Dangote Refineries,has refused to tell Nigerians-what is his own prices and when would it be ready for Nigerians!
2- High Food Prices - Inflation all ove the Country,yet President Tinubu and his Cabinets refused to allow Importations into the Country, to reduce burden of high Costs of Products - Rice is 65-70k.
3-No Salary Increased for Workers,not even Palliatives for Retirees,since August 2023,after removal of Subsidies!
4- No Lights for over 3- Weeks now or when the DISCOS feel- they give you three hours out of 24- hours and they still want to collect money for 24- Hours!
Now we heard Adebayo saying ' Electricity Subsidies is being considered to go'. Funny!
This means, unless you are a Politician,others in Nigeria would feel the negative economic Impacts!
It is well with Nigeria!

It didn't geometrically increased, like I said before, it's called INFLATION. Nigeria is earning in dollars and if Nigeria earned 1 million and exchanges it to 500,000 million naira, immediately the subsidy was removed and naira lost it values, same amount would give Nigeria 1 billion naira. And currently, same amount is giving Nigeria approximately 1.5 billion. Is this an increase? No, it's called Inflation
