I think he knows what he is saying. I stayed 7 days in a 5 star hotel in dubai, 3 14 days in a 5 star hotel in santiago, chile and believe me the difference is an infinitesimal.

it could happen any were. i am a serving staff of one of the 5 star Hilton resort and spa outside Nigeria. we do experience some difficulties as well, both in power and in some other aspects. even in burj al arab, one of the world 7 star hotel, they do have their own issues. my only problems are some no star hotels in Nigeria who claim 5 star, which i dont no were they get it from

i guess u were not there when they had their own problem, and i guess power failure does not occur everyday at transcop hilton. bros, problem can happen any were. they only thing is this, we should try as a nation to do our things well, compare to other nation cos in Nigeria ,things don't work well, every thing.even to build a common one room apartment, a Nigerian will want to manage sand, maybe add some sawdust to it

power failure is not relevant to the classification . outages can and do happen everywhere though are rare enough events to make a news headline in many countries. in nigeria it is not news
