Still a sizeable meal for an adult.Eat more Vegetables and fruits.They are pretty affordable.Eat less and train more to improve your metabolic health.Walk more and stop taking bikes,in cases where the distance is less than 2 kilometers.Our bodies are meant for moving .

It's a cruel world out there! I for one thinks you need to seriously take your so called friendship with the seller a notch. Beyond the walls of friendship make more demands and you'd in no distant time ALL OF your food would be taken care of for free.

Food is affordable around that place, last time I was in Sapele, I couldn't finish 1.2k food I bought.

Meat inside that full plate with 5h? But like op said,he don dey toast the seller,na why the seller over load the plate. Next time now,if op don do the needful and he cable am well, na to dash op one cooler of rice and stew.. cheesy
