There is an issue that is escalating and I need legal luminaries to help throw light on the way forward based on what the law says

1. Mrs. F had about 4 children but later remarried a man as a fourth wife and gave birth to a daughter for Mr. G.

2. Mr. G bought a main property for Mrs. F and her daughter and the property documents carried both (Mrs. F and her daughter) names on it.

3. Unfortunately Mrs. F is now late and the son of Mrs. F (who is not a son to Mr. G but a son that Mrs. F had from her previous marriage) is fighting with Mr. G and laying claim to a portion of his mother's property.

4. Mrs. F did not leave a will but it is rumored that there is a fake will prepared by Mrs. F son that entitles him to the property.

5. In addition, Mrs. F built a separate building on the property apart from the main building.

Question

1. Who is legally supposed to be owner of the main and separate property considering that the daughter of Mrs. F is still very young and her father Mr. G is standing in for her.

2. Can Mrs. F transfer the property to someone else other than her daughter by the will whether real or fake?

3. Since the property was jointly owned and no sharing existed prior, what will be sharing formula after her demise between the daughter and her siblings.

You may not get the kind of legal advice needed here. Why not consult a lawyer formally
