His name is Ifeanyi Michael Isibor, from Onicha-Ugbo in Aniocha North LGA.

He was shot dead yesterday in his farm Michael is currently one of the largest farmer in Onicha-Ugbo with good records and achievements in a short time.

His death as assumed came as a result of the conflict he had with some fulani men who feeds their cows 🐄 on Michael's crops.

Michael employed about 6 Northerners that works in his farm he gave them home in Onicha-Ugbo feed them and also pay them.

Michael was attacked and chased out from his farm by the Fulani men in the evening on the 7th of March, he returned with his workers as usual the next day 8/03/2024 and had a mysterious gùnshot. While interrogating with his workers yesterday to know what led to his deațh they said Michael went to the farm with his long barrel gùn and mistakenly shot himself. The workers claimed they couldn't help the situation as they were unable to carry him out of his farm to a nearby hospital. Michael lost much blòod and dieď.

The Fulani and Northerners have had some bad records in Onicha-Ugbo in recent times and if Nothing is done now things may get out of hand. We are therefore pleading that our leaders should interfere and help bring justice. If nothing is done I'm afraid there may be more casualties and regrets in Aniocha North. RIP Lifted Klyns Culture

If the wound on his right hand is the only bullet wound on his body, what the workers said seems to be true.

But having a clash with herdsmen while having Hausa or Fulanis as his employees sounds complicated.

May his soul rest in peace.

Fulanis are devils. I witnessed something in the year 2007. One maize farmer suffered losses for many years as cows fed on his crops. There would be no cow in the farm in the day time. But when you visit the farm early morning, you will notice that cows invaded the farm at night. One night, he and his boys kept a watch on the farm and arrested more than 10 Fulani cows before the next morning. The chairman of Fulanis in the area came and bailed the cows the next morning. Tell me why the Fulanis choose to parade and feed their cows in the midnight.

ESN should resume their security activities.

It is evil to lie and blame others for what they have not done.

He probably would have survived if rushed to hospital on time.
Seen on TV where people with far more terrible injuries from Shark Attack survived.

I fail to understand how a few Fulani
herdsmen from far north can come and
be disturbing and killing farmers in the
deep south and the leaders and people
seem powerless..

They should go to the east and ask the
Igbos how they've chased Fulani herdsmen
from their region..

The only thing Fulani respect and understand
is violence and force. So long as you are
begging them for peace, you'll never
have peace.

The life of their cow is more valuable than
the life of an industrious hardworking

the thing is top govt officials have a way of infiltrating this ESN or IPOB in order to blacklist them, those fulanis have really ruined the country and they don't care 🤔 and would prefer to continue to make things unbearable. I hope any one most especially fulani men caught in this nefarious acts shld be burnt alive so they can understand the pain they've made their victims go thru.

He was shot at point blank range. Either he shot himself accidentally or there was a struggle to collect the gun from him.
The gun was literally on his hand when it was fired judging by the exit wound.
He emptied the blood in his heart. He was fully dead in less than 2-3 minutes.

Who chased him out of his own farm with weapons that made him seek self help with his shot gun? The statement is correct ,because something led to that..

If sth chase you to your death, that thing cannot be exonerated from your death ..

That is assuming the account of his northern employees are correct and there's no foul play

It is no longer news that they have the backing of some military elements most especially during the era of Buhari. We have seen videos where Army van was following herders around and heard several narratives of how the Nigeria Army would attack any village where Fulani herders were restrained.

How does a person manhandle a “long barrel gun” that it fires and hits him almost near his armpit? Perhaps, we’re looking at a Dane gun as We’re not talking about a 12 gauge shotgun from the picture of the wound. I’m trying to ascertain which hand he used in holding the rifle, which hand held the trigger and how the muzzle got close to the armpit while his finger was on the trigger. Something isn’t adding up.

RIP young dude...whether he shot himself or not the real truth remains that fulani herders were behind his death...they provoke him by rearing their useless cattle on his farm....in doing your business u don't have to destroy another person business.... so sad ....

That's why we're experiencing food shortage, how can someone spent millions and a useless, tribalistic Fulanis will sabotage his efforts.

Time to practice " self and properties defense"

Fulanis are Keen to end this country, and they'll surely get it.
