Please as the topic suggest ma, can it power 1hp AC and fridge?

I bought the gen 5 months ago new (Bruhm gen) I intend buying 1 hp AC and fridge. Please assist if it can power.

Only if you can get an inverter AC else it cannot.

I'm currently using Sumec Firman SPG 2900, 2.5KV to power 1.5hp thermocool inverter AC and Hisence 190 liters deep freezer.

Let’s say 2.5kva is 2000watts.

1hp is 746watts for your AC

Dunno how many watts is your fridge, but it’s usually around 300w to 800w, you’ll have to check the back of your fridge to confirm.

Then do the maths to see how many is left.

2000 - 746 - 800 = 454W left.

So it should be able to, assuming the Bruhm generator is actually 2000W, I have heard generators in Nigeria usually just put numbers on it and it won’t be the actual power.

If you have just 500watt left of the maximum output, it will not power the electronics due to its starting current of the A.C and the fridge.

I'm using this tokunbo Honda 2.9kva inverter to power 1.5HP LG dual inverter with Samsung side by side fidge over night with 6 security bulbs.

Most 2.5kva inverters comes in 1,600watts
