THIS is not the best of times in Nigeria.  There are reported cases crimes ranging from kidnappings, robberies, ritual killings without any attendant consequence against the perpetrators.

All the means of livelihood of this unidentified indigene of Ekiti was destroyed by Fulani herdsmen all the way from another section of the country.


The man who was once a Civil Servant, according to his narration, resigned appointment to go into farming to cater for his family but that was not to be as the herdsmen destroyed over an acre of farmland planted with Plaintain.


He added that he borrowed over One Million Naira expecting to harvest the rewards of his hard labour before the farmland was destroyed on March 4, 2024.


He called on the Governor of Ekiti State and the Federal Government to intervene on his matter before it too late for him.
