that's even rocket science. Let him take it back to whr Buhari his party man left it. According to Tinubu's men, Buhari is a failure, so let them take it back to whr Buhari left it.

Naira trading at N1602/$ and you call it appreciation. If you know how FX market works you will not call this appreciation. Even a very strong bullish market will experience the period of price consolidation. USD/Naira pair will trade down to find support at critical price areas before jumping back up again.

Naira could only be termed as appreciating against Dollar if the period of price correction took USD/Naira to breach below critical support areas, for instance if Naira is trading below N1000 per $ for an extended period of time.

Otherwise all this is just a mere fluctuation in prices which is common in FX market.
