This is a good offer, especially if you consider that 3 bedroom apartments are currently selling from around N9m in different parts of Lagos. Some sell for as high as N35m. According to Apical Homes, the buildings come with high quality finishing as all materials are designed and manufactured to specification, including fitted kitchen cabinets, fixtures and fittings, WC, taps, doors, windows, sockets etc

There are various house types to choose from, including 2, 3 or 4 bedroom bungalows/duplexes, all in different designs. You can also come up with your own design, and it will be pre-fabricated for you. All that is needed is the foundation to be in place, and this must match the design of the house. As soon as the foundation is in place and the materials are available, it takes between 3-4 weeks to put the building together, depending on the type. The pre-fabricated materials are currently being produced in America.



The materials used consist of insulated panels joined together with steel profiles. These materials are assembled in a cost effective and simple process which helps to bring down the cost of production. The insulated panels are mostly made up Oriental strong boards which can withstand the elements very well. The pre-fabricated materials are widely used in several states in America, including states with extreme temperatures like Pennsylvania. This structure types have been known to withstand hurricanes, heavy rainfall and very hot temperature. They have been manufactured to be very strong so as to withstand any form of pressure. The same amount of force needed to break concrete walls is what is needed to break the walls of the prefabricated wall. You can also break the walls to fix your air conditioner or any other thing that you might do with regular walls without damaging the structure.
