I have been trying for the past 1 week to access my media card that has all my pictures but no dice. Even if i take a picture now, i won't find it. The issue started when i plugged it to my laptop to charge. My baby pulled it out by force and now i cannot see my media card. Please help!


Also, can anyone tell me how i can browse youtube on the phone? I have tried UCweb (not supported) and internet explorer, firefox (error playing). The opera mini sends me to the native browser. Any help?

its possible your media card is corrupt due to the handling by your baby as you descibed in your post

viewing youtube is mainly a function of your network speed. you need a fast 3G to make youtube videos play on your bb. if you BB shows 3G or 3.5G, chances are high youtube videos will play

Let me clarify. I can see some documents but hings like my pictures, videos, etc are nowhere to be found. Does it still mean it is corrupted?

I have 3G but the youtube does not play regardless.

Your card has been corrupted your may need to reformat it. Before you do however remove it and put it into a microsd card adapter and plug in a computer card reader to see if you can access the files. Do a backup and then reformat before putting it bcak into your BB.

As for playing youtube videos what does it say when you try to play it?

It seems like there is a virus on it. It has converted all the files to .exe and replicated itself. Tried to delete it but no help.
