JOB DESCRIPTION
-Unpack, assemble, and install self-service banking kiosks
-Configure hardware and software according to specific site requirements and network specifications
- Perform initial testing and verification of all kiosks functionalities.
-Conduct regular preventive maintenance on kiosks to identify and address potential issues before they occur.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions, resolving problems efficiently.
-Perform necessary repairs and replacements using authorized parts and procedures
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and service calls
- Respond promptly to service calls user inquiries related to kiosk operations
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Using common IT tools and diagnostic software: windows, android inclusive
- Excellent knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to follow technical instructions and manuals precisely
- Strong mechanical attitude with ability to perform basic repairs and replacement
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction
- ND/HND/B.Sc Computer Engineering or related course
- Minimum of 3 years work experience is required
