This is not a matter of bank sir. Once we say Duty of Secrecy, one of the things that can make the data to be released is by COMPETENT COURT OF LAW telling such company to do so.

Two other ways it can be disclosed are:

- when the company itself is trying to defend itself in a court of law and there’s need to disclose such info.

- if the owner of such info instructs the company to disclose.

Among all these 3 situations, that of court of law is the most supreme.

You can ask any lawyer.

You understand their game very well. If they had channeled to farmers 10% of the money APC politicians cornered in this 9 months, money spent on lies, propaganda and searching for dirt on Obi …it would have reduced prices of foodstuffs in the market by at least 70%

E shock me die.. our president and FG are playing games. Atitu went as far as US court seeking for Tinubu's information and they shielded him by releasing little portion of his detail now as president, you expect binance to release information of his clients. Same judgement. The case will be taking to international court

The Nigerian authorities last Tuesday asked Binance to share data on its 100 top users in Nigeria for possible probe and charge. But the company kept mum on this request.

O ti zeh. They will sing like canary las las or pay that huge fine of $10 billion to the Nigerian government. They will not eat their cake and have it.

They were doing eye-service cosmetic shallow kyc while permitting terrorists, economic saboteurs and money laundering and criminal forex manipulators to roam free on their platform so they can keep taking their own cuts from the illicit transactions despite warnings from the Federal Government of Nigeria. We will get the list and they will still pay fine!

It is obvious that they don't know Mallam Ribadu, he will show them shege!

Fine slammed on MTN by FGN will be a child's play compared to their own at the end of the day. They have allowed people with bad luck to jinx them same way these hate-filled unpatriotic elements did to Twitter and any politician they support.

All the enemies of Nigeria will lose las las. They always lose. God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

Dollar is still #1600.

Abi Binance is no longer the cause??

You are a baby. Court can compel any company to disclose its customers details. This kind of situations is one of the reasons that DUTY OF SECRECY can be set aside.

Where Binance is trying to defend itself in a court of law, it reserves the right to disclose its customers’ details.
The same rule is applicable in Banking.

If Binance likes, let it appeal to the Supreme Court, it would still be asked to disclose it.
In that wise, no customer can sue Binance

You can ask any lawyer what I have just typed or ask any seasoned banker who read banking o. Not all those who read Woodwork and are working in banks o.

Go and read the Terms of Agreements you clicked on when you were opening your Binance account. I am sure nobody borders to read those long and tiny words. We just click on … I have read and agreed….

Right to compel a foreign company that is not registered in your domain to release data? angry

How will they tackle insecurity if funds are released through Binance? We keep talking as if we know more than the Government at times when they take some decisions.

We are the enemies of this country as we don't want the government to make any progress, yet we blame them again for not making progress

Show us proof. You expect to see it registered as BINANCE.

Sit down there. You are all babies. Check if HENKEL was registered as HENKEL in Nigeria. Check if JTI was registered at JTI in Nigeria. Check if Etisalat or 9mobile was registered at Etisalat or 9mobile.
Check if Airtel was registered as Airtel in Nigeria. The list is endless.

When companies are finding it difficult to expand or break into a market, they use all means of business expansions to get into such market, region, or countries. One of it could be by joint venture. It could be via franchise, it could be by merger or acquisition etc

Binance acquired/invested in a cryptocurrency trading company in Nigeria. That’s the company where those arrested directors work.

Dindinrin ni gbogbo yin. Your parents only wasted money on your education.
Binance is only using its brand name to trade in Nigeria. It never registered as Binance Nigeria Ltd or Binance Enterprise etc.

I repeat: check the name of the company those Director arrested are working for. That’s the name Binance registered with or is using in Nigeria.
