Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate wait times and manage waiting lists with precision and efficiency.
• Attend to guests requiring special attention, such as children or the elderly, with compassion and attentiveness.
• Handle incoming calls promptly and address customer inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.

Requirements:
• Proven customer-service skills, with the ability to engage and delight guests both in-person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational abilities, enabling you to manage reservations and monitor the dining area effectively.
• GCE, OND, or hospitality certification is a plus.
