I used to feed on turning food without any health adversity. However, recently I noticed this doesn't sit well in my stomach. Much aching is what I feel when I consume Semo, wheat or any swallow that is prepared by turning. Considering that it wasn't a problem but now (this year precisely) it is, what could have happened to my biology NLanders? |

Because you didn't cook it well after first turning. Cook like 3minute after you might have turned at first. 1 Like |
