We just embarked on this project for a private individual in Lagos. It's a four units of 3 bedroom semi-detached duplex with BQ

This design was done by us and each duplex has 3 rooms (all ensuite, with balconies), visitors toilet, open kitchen with dining area and a BQ. Also, each duplex has car park for 2 to 3 cars.

Project duration is 6 months (from start to finish) and we already kicked off in February 15, 2024. This thread will be for progress pictures of site activities from inception to completion.
