We are seeking to engage a qualified personnel as a Finance and HR Manager.

Qualifications and Experience;
B.SC/M.Sc in Accounting or a related field.
Atleast 7 years cognate experience 4 of which must have been at a supervisory or managerial position.
A professional qualification would be an added advantage.

Duties and responsibilities (Finance)
To handle the preparation of periodic management accounts and reports.
Maintain the general ledger.
Processing of invoices for supplies made/payables required.
Preparation of tuition invoices.
Debt profile management.
Budget preparation and monitoring.
Treasury control.
Maintaining or improving the internal control systems.
Salary preparation and administration.
Advising the senior management on income and expenditure trends.
Stay abreast with current legislation on taxes and other remittances.

Duties and Responsibilities (Human Resources)
Handling recruitment needs as they arise.
Liaise with staff on matters bothering on work tools and job performance include work loads.
Participate actively in the annual appraisal of staff.
Ensuring employee documentation and revalidation are done as appropriate.
Maintain a balance between the employer-employee relations with respect to expectations both ways.
Work tools provision and allocation.
Stay abreast with current legislation on labour laws.
Review existing human resources policies and see that they are in tandem with the labour laws.

Skillset
Proficient in the use of MS office suites - google space and QuickBooks.
Hands-on knowledge on human capital management.
